Environmental Multi-Line Policy

The EMP policy provides a broad coverage solution in a single, integrated package for environmental contractors and consultants who have environmental exposure. The integrated policy form provides insureds and brokers with flexibility of coverage, limits, deductibles and trigger types in one well integrated and easy to understand package. CGL based upon ISO 2001 is available on a claims made or occurrence form. Contractors Pollution Liability (CPL) coverage can be provided on an occurrence or claims-made basis. An optional coverage part for Professional Liability (PL) may be provided to cover professional services. Policies may be written on a blanket or project-specific basis. Target markets include environmental contractors, consultants and project managers as well as emergency response contractors, remediation contractors and environmental engineers.
