To enable/disable form autocomplete:

1. Select "Tools" then select "Internet Options".

2. Select the "Content" tab.

3. Click the "Settings" box in the AutoComplete section.

4. Check or Uncheck the "Forms" Box.

The next time use one of our forms you will have to enter the data in each field. Thereafter, each time you use
our forms and select a form input field, a list of options will appear when you start to fill out the field. Use your
down/up arrow keys to select the correct option and click enter.
